Organization of HMG-14/-17 in Nucleosomes and Chromatin

We study the organization of HMGN in nucleosomes and the organization of nucleosomes containing HMGN in chromatin. We are investigating the mechanisms whereby HMGs are targeted to specific chromatin domains.
