Intracellular Trafficking and Targeting of HMGN Protein

We study the molecular mechanisms regulating the intracellular trafficking of HMG proteins. We find that the location of the HMG changes during the cell cycle, it is related to transcriptional activity and is affected by posttranslational modifications.
