A wealth of annotation from external websites populates the Details pages, including Locuslink, UCSC positional information, Phenotypes from OMIM, RefSeq Transcripts and Proteins, SwissProt, Gene Ontology, BioCarta, and Gene Reference into Function (GRIF). Clicking any of the links opens the website in a new browser.

An “Expression Graph” bar plot with data normalized by the user’s previous selection is displayed grouped by organ-type.

To view the genes with the strongest correlation and anti-correlation to the gene described in the Details page, click the "Get Correlated Genes" button at the top of the page.
